Spring is in the Air: Trends That I Love

Spring is my favorite season, and let's be honest, it's the season that has some of the cutest trends. This post is just going to be some of those trends that I found to be the most fun to rock this spring.

Starting off with some clothing trends, I've been seeing a lot of pieces inspired by the flowers that make this season iconic. I love this garden inspired print and love the fact that it has blown up for this season.

Another one of my favorite runway exposed trends is leather. Of course, I more wearble version would be a little lighter in weight, but hey, it's still a great statement piece.

A really girly spring trend is lace. This is my favorite trend so far this year and I'm looking forward to rocking a lot of it for the next few months. :)

As for the makeup, major liner has been a big hit recently, whether its the classic cat eye or the dramatic wing, this trend balances the flirty spring threads with a hint of sexy eyes.

Spring is always a site of color and one of this years spring trends is the appearance of cool colored brights surrounding the eyes.

My last spring makeup favorite is ditching the matte powdered winter skin and trading it in for glowing, radiant skin that suggests the emense amount of life behind those slighltly flushed cheeks.

We can't forget the spring hair of course! There are some really fun and playful styles this season.
I'm always a lover of the classic braid, but for spring, there are so many cute and new ways to wear one.
This spring, accessories aren't just in jewelry, but have been seen decorating the latest hairstyles.
And last but not least, there's the new craze; the knot bun (which of course isn't meant to be confused with the top knot)
This spring is full of so many great trends that I'm excited about. What's you're favorite trend so far?

Style Spotlight: Statement Rings

There's been a lot of really cute trends circulating throughout the fashion world this spring, but I'm currently obsessing over an accessory that was introduced a while back. Statement rings have always been a favorite of mine. I find them to be a unique way of expressing your style, and with so many choices and designs, you can never have too many of them. Am I the only one who loves this artistic finger decor?

When I said there were a lot of statement rings to choose from, I meant it. Here are a few examples of some of the rings that I found that were some of the coolest and cutest styles of statement rings that I've seen. :)

Yes, they make rings with miniature architecture sitting on top. I find them adorably intricate. :)
I love anything vintage inspired, and this ring has all of the pretty pastels, embellishments, and a gorgeous floral design that just screams spring!
OK, how cute is this little bird? I can just picture him perched next to a gorgeous mani.
This ring has a gorgeous burgundy stone, and an array of gold chains overlapping it that gives it a pretty edge.
As you can see, I love statement rings; whether they're on trend or not. Their a beautiful way to dress up a mani or just a playful way of showing off your accessories. So tell me, are statement rings an essential part of your jewelry collection?
